Shipping policy

Kitchwa Shop dispatches orders from the United Kingdom. Prices on the product page are in British pounds and include VAT.

Processing time

We pack orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a bank holiday start processing on the next business day.

Delivery rates and times

The rate you pay is calculated at checkout and is the rate that applies to your delivery address. These are the rates:

  • Morocco: Standard tracked delivery, £5.95. Estimated delivery 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom and every other country we ship to (including Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States): Standard tracked delivery, £8.95. Estimated delivery 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.

There is no free-shipping threshold. The shipping charge is a flat rate for the whole order, not a charge per item.

Tracking

Tracked delivery is included. We email the tracking number when the carrier scans the parcel.

Addresses

You must give a complete delivery address that the carrier can reach. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incomplete address, a failed delivery attempt, or customs inspection.

Customs and duties

If you are outside the United Kingdom, your local customs authority may charge import duty, tax, or a handling fee. Those charges are not included in our product price or shipping rate. You pay them to the carrier or the customs authority.

Lost or damaged parcels

Email moussaimouss26@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of the estimated delivery date if a parcel is lost, or within 48 hours of delivery if it arrives damaged. We will replace the goods or refund the order, including the shipping you paid us.
