Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed with Kitchwa Shop, Airport Way, Luton, LU2 9LY, United Kingdom, email moussaimouss26@gmail.com. The store is operated by the account holder of this Shopify shop.

Products and price

We sell the kitchen goods described on each product page. Prices are in British pounds and include VAT. A price error that is obvious may be corrected before we accept the order. We will email you and offer the correct price or a cancellation and refund.

When the contract is made

Adding an item to the basket is not an order. When you pay, you make an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched, or earlier if we email an express acceptance. If we cannot accept the order, we refund what you paid.

Payment

Payment is taken by Shopify Payments or the other methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card number.

Delivery and risk

Delivery charges, destinations, and times are in the shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier delivers them to the address you gave us.

Cancellation and faults

Your 14-day cancellation right and your rights for faulty goods are set out in the refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any right you have as a consumer that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. Consumers in the UK can use the Alternative Dispute Resolution information published by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.
